These keep every appointment on time and every install looking its best.
Come washed & dried
Hair should be washed, detangled and blow-dried straight, with no oils or heavy product.
Bring your hair
Pre-stretched braiding hair, unless you chose to have it included when you booked.
$30 deposit
Holds your date and goes toward your total. It is non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.
15-minute grace
After 15 minutes the style may need to change or the appointment moves to a new date.

How long do braids last?
Most braids and twists look their best for 4 to 6 weeks. Keeping them past 8 weeks can cause tangling and breakage at the root.
What hair should I buy?
Pre-stretched braiding hair in your color. Most medium styles need 6 to 8 packs. If you are unsure, choose to have hair included when you book.
Can I bring my kids or a guest?
Please come alone unless your child is the one being styled. The studio is small and appointments run long.
Do you do color?
Yes, with braiding hair. Mix in colors like 30, 27 or burgundy, or ask for color only on the ends.
How do I care for my style?
Sleep in a satin bonnet or scarf, keep your scalp moisturized with a light oil, and avoid heavy creams that cause buildup.
What payment do you take?
Cash App, Zelle, card and cash. The deposit is taken when your date is confirmed and goes toward your total.
